The Brooklyn Circus SF Presents Blu & Exile
It was my first trip out to California and I found a little piece of home right in the heart of San Francisco. I went to a Brooklyn Circus SF event, that was actually 18 and over. It was the first in what will be a monthly installment at 330 Ritch. The objective is to provide a positive and safe environment for young adults of the Bay Area to enjoy live music and entertainment. Each month they will showcase a talented emerging recording artist. On Wednesday March 25th, the show featured Blu & Exile, a hip-hop artist and producer/DJ combination from Los Angeles. I heard many good things about Blu but never had the chance to see him perform. I also hadn’t listened to much of his music but now I admit I am a fan. You may recognize him from the cover of XXL as part of “The New Class” issue. His DJ for the night was Exile, who is most known for his production on Blu’s album. He also has had guest production work including artists such as Mobb Deep, Ghostface Killah, Kardinal Offishall and Jurassic 5.
I had a good time at the show. I will be doing another post soon about the amazing time I had during my trip to California.

I took some pics with the San Francisco BKc crew. They were all very on point the entire night. Making sure they got everyone’s email address and even going around and introducing themselves and handing out business cards. Two thumbs up for brand quality BKc.
